The possibility of prolonged viability period of organs would be a game changer in the field of organ transplant.  Because most organs are only viable for hours after they are harvested, organ transplantation becomes more of a logistical issue rather than a supply issue. By using our supercooling technology, we would be able to store organs for longer, resulting in more people getting transplants and preserving the sacrifice of organ donors.
